Testimonials
Say it aint so..
The Estates at Estero River has been such a wonderful place to live. The close knit community has provided my family and I with great friends, great experiences, and a life long love for our neighborhood!
We moved here in 2019. We not only found out home that would be a safe haven from storms and gave us comfort during quarantine but also found forever friends. This is the neighborhood we wanted for our son to have the freedom to explore and great kids for him to explore with.
Moving into the Estates of Estero was the best decision we could have made. We were blown away by how welcoming the community was and how quickly it felt like home. I can't imagine living anywhere else.
We have been in the neighborhood going on 11 years. At times, we have thought about moving to be on the water, our dream, but our neighborhood, friends and family have kept us put! I really cannot think of a better community for my kids, my husband, and for myself! The neighborhood plans for family events twice a year, food truck events, and our Halloween trick-or-treating is the best! My family loves our neighborhood community 100%!
Living in the Estates at Estero River for almost 20 years, I have made some pretty amazing friends inside these gates. There is a strong sense of community and everyone is extremely friendly, caring and helpful. From rallying to help each other in times of need to family events, trick or treating and food trucks, there is no better place to live and raise a family in SWFL than right here! We are a village and I wouldn't live anywhere else!
We have lived in this neighborhood going on 11 years. We did look at moving on a few occasions but no other neighborhoods felt like ours did, home. This circle and the people who live here are what have kept us. Watching our daughter build friendships, hearing all the kiddos playing is wonderful and we all look out for each other. So many wonderful events throughout the year keep us a tight community.
After trick or treating with my bestie I knew I wanted my future kids to grow up in The Estates at Estero River. It's unusual in SWFL to find a neighborhood with so many young families. I started searching for houses and my husband said I want that one (pointing to our current house). Lucky us, it came on the market a couple weeks later. We love our community and neighbors that have become friends/family. The location is great and close to Naples and Ft Myers. I can't imagine ever leaving because the bar has been set way too high to ever find a gem of a neighborhood like this.
Coming into this neighborhood 2 years ago I had an attitude because we were so lucky to have had an amazing neighborhood in Indiana and I assumed that is a once in a lifetime thing. I still tried and put myself out there to meet people and I recently told a good friend of mine that I was so sad to leave so many gems in Indiana, but after that I gave it sometime and I have realized there's wonderful people here, too! I know there are people I can count on if I'm in need in this community. The hurricane was a huge spotlight on how wonderful these people of the neighborhood are. I almost didn't want the power to come back on because I was enjoying the extra time outside with our neighbors.
Being an original owner at The Estates at Estero River has been a journey close to my heart. Each corner of this community holds a personal memory - from serene mornings by the river, watching the sunrise, to joyful celebrations in our own little gazebo. It's not just the scenic beauty that makes this place special; it's the laughter, the shared moments, and the sense of belonging among neighbors that truly make it home. This isn't just a place to live; it's where my life's happiest chapters have been written.
Moving to The Estates at Estero River in recent years has been a dream come true for my family. My kids have grown up playing in the common areas with many other children. Many weekends kayaking and fishing on the Estero River, creating memories that will last a lifetime. The nearby schools have been fantastic, offering a great education and a supportive community. I recommended this community to anyone who has a growing family, everything is close and convenient!
